Day 38: Monday

Good morning, right now I'm getting ready to go to work before my class at 12:30. I'm going to have a shake before I leave.

11:30am: I got home from work about 15 minutes ago and now I'm eating my lunch. I grilled some chicken breast and heated up some leftover green beans from last night. My chicken portion weighed in at 3.1oz.


4:20pm: Just got back from training. Weight repetitions for today:

Bench press:
122.5x6
125x6
127.5x4

Incline barbell bench press:
85x6
90x6
95x6

Seated military press (these are always the hardest for me):
77.5x6
77.5x4
77.5x5

Dips:
Thick black band x10
Thick grey and small black band x4 (my leg slipped out and I just panicked because I thought I was going to fall.)
Thick grey and small black band x8

The bands in my dips are resistance bands, the thick black bands add the most resistance. I'll get the order of colors from most resistance to least.

7:05pm: I ate about 40 minutes ago. I made something new tonight for dinner. I haven't had fish in quite some time so I decided to cook some tonight!
I made almond crusted cod with sauteed broccoli. I put about a 1/4 tsp of Italian seasoning and a handful of slivered almonds on each piece of cod.
I sauteed the broccoli with ginger, garlic, and some crushed red pepper.
My fish portion was about 4.3oz.

    1. Edgar, I took two pictures of myself on my first day of training and I'll be taking two more on the 27/28th of this month for my 60 day photo. I don't know if I'll be posting them though.
