Day 36: Saturday

Good morning! I just finished having a shake for breakfast.
I'm probably going to go to the gym shortly because I go to lunch.

3:15pm: I'm just getting home from lunch. We ate around 1:30. I ordered grilled shrimp with seaweed salad. The shrimp was brushed with vinaigrette but I tried to remove as much of it as I could. 


I think I did some pretty decent damage control with this meal. 
I'm probably going to eat leftover steak and collard greens from last nights meal.

8:40am Sunday: I'm sorry I didn't update after dinner last night! I ended up going to bed really early. 
Around 4pm I had a half cup of cottage cheese.
At 8:30 I ate my dinner. I had leftover steak tips, collard greens, and a spinach and tomato salad.
I had 2.9oz of steak with my food.
