Good morning! Well, it's weigh in day. I hope I made some good progress this week.
Right now I'm having a shake for breakfast, I'm not really too hungry.
2:30pm: Shawn and I decided to have training at 1 today. I just got back from it not too long ago. Good news, I weighed in at 265lbs! Down from 269lbs, that's 4lbs less than last week. (If you can't do math..)
My sets for today:
Squats: 1x10x100, 1x10x105, 1x10x107.5
Lunges: 3x6x15
Crunches: Bodyweightx20, Bodyweight+5lbsx20
Right now I'm eating a late lunch, I grilled 4.2oz of chicken breast and served it with some spinach and half an avocado.
Alright, I'm gonna go relax for a bit.
8pm: At around 7:30pm I ate dinner. I made sauteed filet mignon and steamed bok choy. I also ate a 1/4 slice of avocado with my meal. The beef weighed 3.9oz.
I'll probably end up having a protein shake 'pudding' at around 9:30 tonight.
9:15pm: I just had a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. Am I the only person who likes cottage cheese?
