Good morning! Right now I'm having a shake for breakfast before I go to work.
Shawn and I moved tomorrow's training to today so I'll be training at 4pm today.
Also, from now on Thursday will be weigh in day as I'll be training Thursdays instead of Fridays.
12:35pm: I got home from work not too long ago. I just finished eating my lunch. Today I had 4.5oz of chicken breast with leftover cauliflower from last night.
I think sometime this week I'm going to try to make another kind of flavored water. I don't know what I'm going to put in though. Hmmmm..
5:40pm: I got home from training not too long ago, I'm tired. My hamstrings got really tight when I was doing pullups today.
I had a small pumpkin spice iced coffee with one Splenda before my workout, there was all that flavoring crap at the bottom so I tried to drink everything else except that. I know it was inevitable that I consumed some of it but I tried haha.
I'm going to start adding my progression in weight training so I can (and you too if you want) start comparing previous weeks.
Today was my first day doing deadlifts as opposed to rackpulls.
One Arm Row: 3 sets of 10 at 50lbs
Pullup: 2 black band assisted 2 sets of 10 and 1 set of 9
Deadlift: 3 sets of 10 at 100lbs
Barbell Curl: 2 sets of 10 and 1 set of 9 at 85lbs
I'm going to end up making them shorter by typing #of sets x amount of repetitions so like... my deadlifts for today were 3x10x100, just an example.
My mom is also making dinner tonight, I know there's collard greens and shrimp involved.
6:50pm: I'm eating dinner right now, my mom made some sauteed shrimp with half an onion and two crushed tomatoes and steamed collard greens. I'm also eating it with a 1/4 slice of avocado and I used a 1/4 slice of lemon for the collard greens. I had 3.5oz of shrimp.
I'm going to finish eating though, if I eat anything else I'll update!
