Good morning. Right now I'm having a shake for breakfast before I go into work.
2:10pm: Jesus, what a long day at work. I honestly didn't think I would be there so long, I got out around 1:30. I didn't even think of bringing myself lunch so I ended up skipping lunch. Not good, not good!
Anyways, I just finished eating one ounce of raw almonds.
I didn't want to eat a lot because I have training at 3 and I don't want to be slowed down during my workout if I eat a good amount of food.

5:25pm: I got back from the gym at around 4:30. I had a little more than a half cup of cottage cheese because the container was almost empty so I just finished the rest of it.
6:10pm: Right now I'm eating my dinner. I grilled some chicken breast using black pepper, paprika, crushed red pepper, chili powder, cumin, and I used some turmeric for the first time. I also steamed some cauliflower and served my food with 5 cherry tomatoes. I ran out of avocados :(
I ended up having 5.1oz of chicken breast. 0.1oz more than what I'm supposed to have.
Everything ended up being pretty good.
I'm going to go return some clothes I bought and never wore over a month ago because they're too big now ;)
9:15pm: At around 8:30 I took one scoop (half serving) of lean body powder and mixed it with a little water so make some pudding. I was craving something sweet so I just went ahead and made that.
That's it for tonight!
