Day 30: Sunday

Good morning! Right now I'm having a spinach/turkey bacon omelette for breakfast before I go to work. I used a container of egg beaters for the omelette.




2:30pm: Just got home from work, I had 28g of raw almonds at work which was around 160 calories. Now I'm having a half serving shake. Nutrition facts for the almonds:



4:20pm: Just had a half cup of cottage cheese, I'm not having dinner until later so I figured I'd eat a bit to hold me over. Nutrition facts:



10pm: I had dinner at around 8:45 but I just finished watching a movie. I made pan roasted filet mignon and I marinated it with this sauce my mother's friend gave me with garlic, cilantro, tomato, and onion. I made sure to ask if she added salt and she didn't. I also made some sauteed spinach with the same sauce. I served my food with two slices of tomato with a tiny bit of olive oil on it.
My portion of meat was 3.8oz.


Yep, that was my dinner!
