9:53am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a shake for breakfast, I'm not really hungry so I'm just trying to get it down. I'm about to leave for work, I don't know what I'll be eating for lunch :/
5pm: I just got back from the gym, I got home from work around 2pm but as soon as I walked in the door I got a call from a friend asking if I could give him a lift because his car broke down, so I went and did that then went to the gym. At around 1:40pm today I had a half portion of a Lean Body shake.
Right now I'm eating 3.5oz of grilled chicken with my regular garlic salt, paprika, chili powder, and black pepper dry rub. I also had a Moe's Southwest Grill 100 calorie pack of guacamole ( my mom got it for me ), it was pretty good, I just smeared it on the chicken.
I just wanted to have something small before I had dinner tonight because I didn't eat lunch.
Anyways, I'm going to Tennessee BBQ with my dad for my birthday which was like a few weeks ago but I've been busy. I've already checked out the menu and know what I'm getting, probably a pulled chicken sandwich with no bun and collard greens.
11pm: Around 7:30 I had a pulled chicken plate with some cucumber salad and collard greens, the pulled chicken had a bun but I asked for them not to give me one. It was pretty good. I was unbelievably full, which is pretty cool because when I used to eat something that size I wouldn't have a problem finishing it.
Afterwards I went for a 4 mile walk with a few friends, I'm just getting back from it now. Anyways, that was it for the day. Updates tomorrow! Goodnight.
