10:30am: Good morning, Internet! ( and viewers )
I just made myself some breakfast, it was pretty small and makeshift because I didn't really know what to do with it haha.
I made scrambled eggs ( really don't like them, but it was either that, hardboiled, or poached. )
Anyways, I threw in some chili powder in there because I wanted to add a little spice without pulling out my giant Sriracha bottle.
I didn't really know what to serve it with so I just cut up like two slices of a tomato and ate those with it.

1:31pm: Lunchtime! I just whipped up a pretty easy dish that I thought was going to be a total flop, turned out to be really good.
So I took 2 red bell peppers, 1 head of broccoli, half of a vidalia onion, around 6 basil leaves, and 1 scallion shoot and I chopped 'em up. Then I took about 1lb of shrimp ( deveined, tail off ) and threw 'em in a sauteing pan with a little bit of olive oil on medium-high heat. Fast forward 5 minutes and I went ahead and added about 3 tablespoons of this Roasted Red Pepper spread I picked up at Trader Joe's:
So I added the vegetables and cooked everything for about 10 minutes and it was done. It was really good. Oh yeah, I had 3.5oz of shrimp.
I'll probably be eating this for dinner too but I'll update anyways.
8:05pm: Around 5pm I had a half serving of a Lean Body shake then I went to the mall with my buddy Erik. I got a tea from Teavana, lightly sweetened.
After that I watched him eat a few slices of pizza, such torture.
I just ate a small portion of the same thing I had for lunch.
Random snacks: 1 package of dried seaweed snacks
10:50pm: So I randomly started getting super hungry, so I ate a kiwi. Probably not the best idea but I feel like I really needed to have something sweet. :(
That's pretty much it for the day, I'm going to go for a walk or something.
