Day 7: Oh cool, a week.

12pm: Hey! I'm so sorry it took me so long to update today. I'm training a coworker and we both had to be there at 7am. I also overslept by 20 minutes so my plans of updating the blog while I was having my shake couldn't happen.
But anyways! At 6:30am, I had a Lean Body shake. I could barely stomach it that early but I dealt with it.
Around 9:40am I ate half of a hass avocado ( I didn't bring anything with me to work )
But yeah, that's it so far for today. I'm going to training around 2pm today and I'll be weighing in.
So when I get back I will post my weight :)

Baaaaaaaaaaack from training, my legs hurt.
Alright so between the time I last posted and when I went to training I had like half a package of those seaweed snack things.
Now it's weight time:
282.5lbs! It would've been 20 times cooler if it was 282 but that's just more motivation for me to work harder, so I don't weigh in with decimals. Could be less because of what I ate today, who knows.
So two weeks after I started training with Shawn and dieting appropriately I have lost 12.5lbs.
Anywho, I just finished having a post workout shake, I only used half of a serving size because I didn't want to be full come dinner time. I went 20g vanilla and 20g chocolate, it was pretty good.
Tonight I'm bringing Courtney ( my girlfriend ) out to dinner at the Border Cafe. I already have my meal planned out but you'll get a picture and description of it anyways SO DEAL WITH IT.

 8:40pm: So for dinner I had the Gaucho Chicken which is grilled chicken with a cilantro lime sauce. It originally came with french fries but I had them replace it with sauteed vegetables.


The hardest part about dinner was resisting the chips and salsa, I only ate like 5 chips. I guess that's good, right?
