10am: Good morning! I got to sleep for an extra hour today, which is pretty sweet for me atleast. So right now I'm eating my breakfast, which is pretty simple. I wanted to take a break from the Lean Body shakes for breakfast so I decided to make myself an omelette.
I took some egg beaters, two slices of green pepper, a slice of an onion, two slices of a tomato, 4 broccoli stalks, and a tiny bit of chili powder ( I love chili powder ) and cooked it up real quick.

1:30pm: It's lunch time! :O
I'm not really eating anything new today, pretty much the same deal as last night.
I took some cuts of breast meat, marinated them in the same spices, grilled 'em up, threw some peppers and onions on a skillet and cooked them.
The only thing that was different was the portion size ( 5oz ) and I put some paprika in with the peppers and onions.
Still came out pretty good :)
Also, I just picked up a few containers of these from Trader Joe's:
I'm a big fan of Seaweed so I wanna try these out, especially since I'm dropping the veggie chips! I could totally toss some on a salad or something. Updates later!
6:50pm: Just ate dinner. My mom whipped up some chicken sauteed with some garlic, onion, and tomato paste and some okra cooked with tomato and onions. She made rice and beans too but I had to fight for my life not to eat it :(
I ate about 4.7oz of chicken, and a 1/4 slice of avocado with another small slice that had to be eaten.
Around 4:30 I had one of those Seaweed snacks, it was pretty good.
Anyways, that was all I ate today. Training tomorrow at 3pm and I should weigh in right after.
