Day 4: Brotein

8:30am: Hey, kind of sore from my workout yesterday which is good I guess.
So today for Breakfast I'm trying a Lean Body Meal Supplement by Labrada per the request of my trainer, Shawn. Sometimes it can be rough for me to get down actual food this early, so this might be good.

The shake isn't that bad, usually with protein bars&shakes I can't really get past that grainy texture but I'm doing good with this one.
I've consumed like half of the glass and I'm starting to get really full. Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
Oh yeah my lunch is leftovers from last night, I really like pepper:


4:40pm: Random Snacks: around 10 of veggie chips, they're around 110 calories for 13 chips. Handful of macadamia nuts. 

7:23pm: So for dinner I made beef macadamia with steamed bok choy. I felt like making an asian-like dinner. I marinated the beef with some ground mustard, paprika, garlic salt, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and vinaigrette. After that I sauteed some ginger and garlic then added beef, scallions, and green peppers! Oh and I tossed in some crushed red pepper for flavoring.Boy is it awesome! 
I made sure to weigh the amount of beef I put on my plate so it was between 3-5oz:
