Good morning, it's about 9am right now. I woke up an hour ago to prepare my lunch for work which is some leftovers from what I ate last night, just a smaller portion. So that's what I will be eating for lunch today, probably around noon.
I'm gonna eat a Clif Bar for breakfast, usually I can't eat a lot in the morning so it works out for me.

Like the title says, today is weigh in day. Although the blog was started on Saturday, I've been dieting and exercising since last Monday ( 7/30 ). I just didn't take pictures of my food or track everything I ate. :(
Anyways, I have training at 3pm so when I get back home and get all un-gross I'll post my weight.
4:29: I just got back from training, I'm snacking on some veggie chip things.
So I weighed in at 285lbs. I know, 10 pounds in a week - so much water weight. I understand only about 10-20% of that weight was fat but it's still nice to see the numbers drop.
I had my trainer, Shawn take a picture of the scale for me because I was afraid holding my phone would tip the scale haha.
I found out that I should be avoiding fruits for now because of the amounts of sugar, so I'll take that in stride. and I gotta cut down on the Clif Bars :( THEY'RE SO GOOD!
I wonder what next week will be like.
7pm: It's dinner time! For dinner I had sautéed green beans, onions, and tomato with basil and some chicken that I boiled. It was pretty good. Sorry, the presentation was messy.
So a few weeks ago I stumbled over a kind of ...water..thing I guess? Basically you take a pitcher of water, slice and add a cucumber, lemon, and 12 leaves of spearmint to the pitcher and let it refrigerate over night. The cucumber and lemon are natural diuretics, which basically means you'll pee more. The Spearmint helps relieve bloating. I personally like it, it's a nice break from constantly drinking plain water.
