Day 27: Thursday

Good morning! Man, I slept so long last night. I feel great.
I haven't eaten breakfast yet but I'm thinking of something along the lines of eggs, turkey bacon, and a heaping portion of raw spinach.

10:45am: At around 10 I made 2 eggs over hard with one slice of turkey bacon and a handful of raw spinach. I put some chili powder and black pepper on my eggs.
I decided to cut out one slice of turkey bacon because of the sodium. Plus I'm pretty full so it works out. 

2:15pm: I just made myself lunch. I made a salad with some lettuce, spinach, 5 cherry tomatoes, 1/4 slice of avocado, 1tsp of olive oil, and 4.7oz of chicken breast.



6:25pm: I just finished eating dinner. I sauteed some garlic, ginger, broccoli, and shrimp then added some crushed red pepper, paprika, and some slivered. After that I served it with some steamed bok choy. I had 3.2oz of shrimp. It was pretty good.
