Day 26: Wednesday

Good morning! Right now I'm having a shake for breakfast, pretty soon I'm going to start getting ready for work.

1:15pm: I got home from work not too long ago, I made a salad with spinach, 4 cherry tomatoes, 1/4 slice of avocado, 3.6oz of grilled chicken, and 2 tsp of olive oil.


4:25pm: Just got home from training, had a half serving shake around 4:15. 

9:55pm: Sorry it took me so long to update, I've been out and about. I just got home from food shopping.
For dinner I had 3.2oz of chicken breast, one scrambled egg with spinach, and a quarter slice of avocado. 

Man I am so tired right now. Early bed time for me tonight, updates tomorrow!
