Day 19: Wednesday

Good morning! This morning I'm actually not having a breakfast shake. Instead I'm having an egg over hard with two slices of turkey bacon. This is my first time eating turkey bacon, it's pretty decent. Obviously can't replace regular bacon but it's good.
 12:40pm: Lunch time! For lunch I grilled a 3oz piece of chicken breast and served it with steamed snowpeas ( I have a 2lb bag ) and a 100 calorie pack of Wholly Guacamole. Nutrition Facts for the guuuuuuuac:

I have training at 3 today and I'm going out to dinner with Courtney tonight, she moves back into her dorm tomorrow :(


4:30pm: Just came back from training, I didn't really feel like having a shake after my workout. I had a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with some cinnamon and half a packet of Splenda. I don't mind the way cottage cheese tastes normally but I kind of wanted something sweet. Either way, it was pretty good. It looks hideous though.


10:55pm: Just finished getting ready for bed. Courtney and I went to Red Rock Bistro by Lynn beach for dinner. They gave us some bread with hummus, I took one piece of bread and scraped out the middle so I could use the edge to scoop the hummus. For some reason I thought that was easier than using a fork. We started off with some calamari which was nice, I got salmon for my entree with snowpeas and sauteed spinach. I couldn't even finish the salmon, I finished the peas and spinach but I just couldn't down the whole piece of salmon.


Anyways, I have to be up at 7am to help Courtney move into her dorm. Goodnight!
