Day 17: Monday

Sorry for such a late post! Since around 10pm last night my internet wasn't working and I just fixed it.
At around 9am this morning I had a shake then went to work. Right now I'm just eating lunch which is an odd combination of 1.5 beef patties, a tomato, half of an avocado, and 2 tsp of olive oil. It isn't bad, I didn't feel like actually cooking so I just grabbed whatever and went to work on it.
I have training at 3pm today and I'm going food shopping afterwards, I plan on making something new tonight for dinner!

7:48pm: Just ate dinner. Tonight I used a recipe from Mark's Daily Apple.
I only switched out Coconut Oil for Olive Oil because I didn't have any. It was pretty good, but I cooked the beef too much and had to use like some barbeque sauce ( I didn't use a lot ) to eat it. I served it with some sauteed peppers and onions. I ate about 3.8oz of beef.
