Day 16: Sunday

Good morning! Right now I'm drinking a shake before I go to work.


2:20pm: Having a late lunch right now. I made some sauteed 2.5 oz of chicken and broccoli with garlic and that tangy ginger dressing I used on my salad the other night. It's really good!



7:25pm: So I just finished eating dinner, I grilled up at 4.1oz piece of chicken breast and fried up some peppers and onions, it was pretty good. I also had half of an avocado.
 I'm gonna go walk the beach with some friends!
