10:50am:Good morning! So I'm not feeling sore at all, my back is a bit sore but it's nothing that would stop me from enjoying the day. Right now I'm eating a 2 egg omelette with spinach that I just whipped up.
I'm planning on doing another one of those 5ks in two weeks so I'm gonna keep running that course once or twice a week so I can build towards not falling on my face.2:22pm: I'm having a really late lunch today, I had some errands to run and I'm just getting back. For lunch I'm eating a 1.5oz piece of chicken breast, 1oz of cashews, and half of an avocado.
I got a little hungry before I took the picture and scarfed down a piece of the avocado.
6:37pm: So right now I'm eating dinner. I made some sauteed shrimp with peppers, onions, broccoli, and basil with some steamed bok choy.
I had 3.5oz of shrimp with my food.
It's pretty good, next week I'm gonna try to make a few new things.
Tomorrow is weigh in day, I'm nervous because I want to be below 280, I don't care if I'm 279.99lbs I just wanna be below it.
I'm gonna go walk the beach with my buddy though.
