Day 12: Hump day!

Good morning! The weather is so crappy out right now.
I'm drinking a shake before I go in to work.
For lunch I might get food with my mom from a local Italian restaurant but they don't really have anything I can eat, besides salad. We'll see.
Updates later!

1:51pm: Around 12:30pm I had a greek salad with chicken. There was about 3.7oz of chicken on it.

I have training in an hour so I'm gonna head on out and update after dinner. Bye! 
Just getting back from training now, had myself a half serving lean body shake. I'm gonna run the woods with a couple of friends in around 2 hours so I'll update after dinner! 

I just ran a 5k..( or almost, 2.8m ) So my buddy Alex tells asks me to meet up to go for a run, but he didn't tell me it was an actual race. 
There were times when I just wanted to give up but I had Alex and Chrissy there to motivate me. Either way, it was fun! I was complaining internally during it but it was such a good experience for my first one. I really would like to continue to go to these.
I don't remember my exact time but I'll edit this post and put it up when I find out. I'm so happy I have the day off tomorrow!

Oh, I tried some pants on yesterday that I haven't worn in a few months.
Last time I put them on they were decently tight around the thigh, now they're loose. Feels good!

Anyways, I'm eating dinner right now. Grilled up  4.6oz of chicken with some steamed green beans and a 1/4 slice of avocado.


I'm gonna finish eating and go out though! Gonna hang out with my buddy Erik.
11:48pm:I'm gonna be so sore tomorrow, I'm going to eat an ounce of cashews before bed. I'm feeling a little hungry, don't wanna wake up in the middle of the night and stuff my face.
