Good morning! At around 9:20am I ate two hard boiled eggs with black pepper and chili powder. It was pretty good. I wanted to take a break from my normal breakfast shake.
I'm leaving for work soon, so I'll update when I have lunch.
1:25pm: So right now I'm eating a 1.5oz piece of and a quarter slice of avocado. I didn't want to over eat because I'm doing to training soon and I didn't want to feel all gross during that time. It was pretty filling though. Still have no idea what I'm making for dinner tonight though.
4:25pm: Just getting back from training, I did upper body today. Got up to 105lbs while benching.
After I finished I had a post workout shake.
7:56pm: So right now I'm eating dinner. I cooked the beef macadamia that I made last week but I made a few tweaks. All I did was add a few snowpeas and a decent amount of crushed red pepper flakes. I served it with steamed bok choy on the side.
I had 4.1oz of beef with my dinner. As you can see below I made a mess with the scale :(
That's all for tonight though, in a few minutes I'm gonna go walk the beach with my girlfriend. See ya!
